Our journey to social change
North London Community Consortium is a community-focused social enterprise dedicated to creating measurable, long-term social value for children, young people, and families in North London.
We specialize in designing, developing, and delivering impactful, location-based programs, tools, and resources. These initiatives enable public bodies, developers, charities, and private-sector partners to achieve shared goals related to prevention, inclusion, and community well-being. Our approach is informed by local needs, evidence-based practices, and strong collaboration with both statutory and community stakeholders.
Our primary focus is on supporting vulnerable and disadvantaged young people—especially those at risk of exclusion, disengagement, or poor long-term outcomes. We employ early intervention strategies and engagement-first approaches, cultivating pathways that build confidence, resilience, skills, and economic independence.
By intertwining community insights with practical delivery models, we assist our partners in mitigating risks, enhancing outcomes, and showcasing meaningful social value that aligns with local priorities, ESG commitments, and Section 106 goals.
We invite opportunities to collaborate with councils, developers, funders, and delivery partners to transform spaces, invest in people, and foster sustainable benefits for individuals, communities, and the broader area.

Our vision for a brighter future
North London Community Consortium was born out of a profound need to support the local young people and children of North London driven by a shared vision to improve the lives of young people and children regardless of race, creed and sex orientation.
We achieve this through inspirational and transformational learning approaches within our local community, increasing participation, knowledge, understanding, skills, and resilience.
Our holistic and creative methods empower individuals, families, and society to focus on the positive, ensuring better outcomes for young people and children.
Our ultimate vision is for all young people and children using our services to be enabled, empowered, and equipped with the skills and confidence needed to live responsible, healthy, safe, and independent lives, becoming productive and active citizens.

Driven by a clear mission
Our mission is to provide support targeted and timely additional support to young people and children from local community and focus from disadvantaged backgrounds, enabling them to thrive and fulfil they potential into adult and working life.
We are driven by a strong sense of purpose and our core values, which guide all our actions. We believe in tackling root causes rather than symptoms, advocating for proactive approaches to prevent problems from escalating into crises. Our focus is on building success, improving life chances, and reducing the personal, social, and economic costs of failure by intervening earlier and more effectively.

Strategic priorities for lasting impact
With a clear strategic focus on partnership, innovation, sustainability, scalability, and social impact, we champion the importance of adequately preparing young people for life and work. We foster a grassroots network of like-minded partners, harness new technology for dynamic programmes, diversify income streams for long-term viability, and aim for phased expansion to maximise reach.
Our unique C.H.O.I.C.E.S Academy and C.H.O.I.C.E.S Club provide a holistic 'whole person' approach, helping young people and children remove barriers and turn potential into progression and achievement. We empower them to make informed choices, fostering increased self-esteem, confidence, and self-awareness, leading to active and productive citizenship.
“North London Community Consortium will transform young people and children with the skills needed to succeed and be positive citizens. Our support is person-centred and focus on unlocking potential .”
