Radio Broadcast Training
This radio broadcast training, conducted through our media team, takes place weekly in an open-access drop-in session. It encourages teamwork, fosters new friendships, and promotes positive life choices, with participants working toward Bronze, Silver, and Gold accreditation.
The training enhances life skills such as confidence and self-awareness, empowering participants to become active and productive citizens.
Connecting creativity with digital media, the course provides work experience and support across various career paths.
The course will cover:
- Structure of radio
- Presenting and producing
- The audience
- Programmes (including music programming)
- Knobs, buttons, and switches
- How to talk
- Interviewing
- One-week practical work experience

Media Courses
North London Community Radio station will be used as an engagement tool for local and wider communities and as a platform to showcase local talent.
